Quotes and bookings

A quote is valid for the period stated in it. A move is booked when you and we have both confirmed the date and the charges. Please read the quote and booking confirmation before you confirm.

What you need to do

Give us accurate details about the goods, the floors, the lift and the addresses. Arrange any permission your society or building needs, such as gate pass and lift booking.

Do not hand over cash, jewellery, important documents or hazardous items such as gas cylinders and flammable liquids. Keep them with you.

Cancellation, delay and goods in transit

Cancellation charges, our responsibility for damage or loss, and any insurance cover are set out in your written quote or booking confirmation. Please read them before you book, and ask us if anything is unclear.
